Allirajah Subaskaran is the majority shareholder and Chairperson of Lycamobile UK Limited. As founder of the Lycamobile Group of companies, he is also the Chairperson at Lycamoney, Lycatel and Lycafly. Having immigrated to France, Allirajah’s Lycamobile, which began as an international calling card company, has spanned over 23 countries in Europe and several areas in America. In a period of 10 years since its inception in 2006, Lycamobile has reportedly seen a turnover of USD 1.8 billion. In 2010, Allirajah established the Gnanam Foundation in 2010 with his mother, Gnanambikai Allirajah, and his wife, Prema (Premantharshini) Subaskaran. The foundation provides funding for projects which improves the livelihoods and standards of education for underprivileged communities.

Prematharshini Subaskaran - She is the wife of Allirajah Subaskaran. From 2007 to 2017, she was the majority shareholder of Portuguese-based company Pettigo Comercio Internacional Lda. This company owns the trademark for many of Allirajah's Lyca Group of companies, including Lycamovie, Lycamobile and Lycafly. in May 2016, she was listed as a Director at LycaHealth.
